Please contact our Post, during office hours, to set up an appointment.

The fundamental difference between our organization and other Veteran’s organizations and one in which we take great pride in is our eligibility qualifications. VFW welcomes all who meet our eligibility criteria. It's through service to this country that all our membership has earned their elite status. If you have received a campaign medal for overseas service; have served 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days in Korea; or have ever received hostile fire or imminent danger pay, then you're eligible to join our ranks.  If you are unsure, just send us your DD-214 and we'll review it with you.

That depends on you.  We all have skills and talents to offer and when combined, is what makes VFW great.  At a minimum, stay informed on activities going on at the Post, attend the monthly meeting if you're able, and, most importantly, add your voice with ours through your continued membership.  Our voice is heard in Washington D.C. because of our numbers.

While not eligible for the VFW, our Post has an active and engaged Auxiliary that is committed to service. Click here to find out more information about our great Auxiliary.

Annual dues work out to under a $1 per week, payable each December for the upcoming year.  Or, a lifetime membership is also available and the cost depends on age.

Your brothers and sisters at the VFW don't want a fellow comrade to be unable to join because of a financial hardship.  If you have a need please let your sponsor know and he/she will discuss the situation with the commander.  Also, if you are currently deployed let us know that as well and we'll pay your dues while deployed.

What happens after I submit my application?

Your application information will be forwarded to a member of the Post who will reach out to you by telephone to discuss your application.  After the paperwork is complete your application will be voted upon by the members of the Post.  After your application is approved you will receive a membership card.  Also, your sponsor will provide information about the next meeting and upcoming events you may be interested in attending.
